Right now my boyfriend is back home in Indiana, visiting his family. He called me last night to ask me a favor.
"Can you send me your favorite tofu recipe?" he said. "I want to make a vegan meal for my mom."

Aww. After I became vegan, my vegetarian husband took to greeting me at the end of the day with "what delicious vegan meal are we having tonight?" Almost as cute as your boyfriend.
He sounds like a keeper! Please let us know how his tofu turns out.
